This looks gorgeous printed on wood. It is now hanging on my therapy office wall and is perfect. The color is true to the photo. I love it.

DANTE PURGATORIO. Illuminated frontispiece to Dante's Purgatorio, Canto I; 15th century. The main miniature shows the meeting of Dante and Virgil with Cato. The three border medallions show Dante bathing his hands in dew, Virgil wiping away tears from his face, and Virgil and Dante on the shore of the sea with the Moutain of Purgatory behind them.
